I've Been Rearranging Rooms All of My Life...
Joya’s love of design and rearranging rooms began many years ago with Barbie™ doll apartments on carpeted steps. Her designs continued to grow as an adult as she staged family homes for sale and rental properties for rent and helped local friends redesign their new homes.
Now, Joya’s Occupied Consultation Specialist skills create homes that WOW real estate agents and buyers, helping potential buyers emotionally connect to property and sell houses fast, often with multiple bids.
Joya serves Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery, and Howard counties. She loves keeping up with new trends, gaining new knowledge of the industry, and is certified in the following ways to provide the best feedback to sellers:
