Occupied Home is when the seller resides in the house during the sale process.
- The seller’s belongings and personal items are typically present in the house during showings and open houses.
- Staging involves working with the existing furniture, decor, and belongings to enhance the appeal of the property and help buyers envision themselves living in the property. Packages can include inventory provided by stagers.
A vacant home is empty of occupants and belongs.
- Vacant homes may lack visual appeal, as they typically have empty rooms and bare spaces.
- Staging a vacant home involves bringing in furniture, decor, and accessories to fill the space and create visual interest.
